I have these posted on flickr and have posted them here now as well. Hope you enjoy.
Halfway across the field the arrows started raining down on them. Almost as one, the troopers were cut down, the fort would never get the warning, the troopers would never return.
Struck Down
The last seconds of two of the brave young troopers trying to warn the fort before the impending battle.

A second arrow struck Evans in the chest piercing his heart. Conners had no chance to turn and run as two feathered shafts cut him down where he stood as well.

Meadow of Death
Eager to show their superiority over the savages, General Knox had ordered Captain Meeks to kill a small group of Indians that had made camp just out of sight of the fort to the north.
"Kill 'em all, Captain." He ordered. "I want them to know what they are dealing with here."
"Yes Sir!" Captain Meeks answered. "We''ll leave immediately."
Things did not go as planned.
Meeks
Captain Meeks stabbed his saber in the ground and shouted "Draw your Sabers, we make our stand here, men! Don't let them pass!" the small party was facing a group of nine braves rushing up the hill toward them. As his men started falling around him he realized how outnumbered they really were. More indians poured into the clearing charging toward the small troop.
Valiantly standing with his men, he chose to defend them to the death, which came... Oh, so soon.

Weston
Cpl. Marshall Weston was the first struck down in the group. He fired only once, striking one of the onrushing braves in the leg. As he prepared to fire again, he was struck in the abdomen. Dropping to the ground he clutched at the arrow embedded in his navel as the wound gushed a warm river of blood. A second shaft plunged into his chest as the rush of warriors drew nearer and nearer. . .

Struck in the chest, young Private Hicks fell backwards and screamed in pain. Each beat of his wounded heart shot agonizing pain through his entire body. Grasping the arrow in desperation, he pulled it free. Blood gushed from the wound as his heart beat for the last time. His life over, the pain was now finished.

Austin
First Sargent John Austin was elated! Six shots and six fallen indian warriors. The seventh shot was just the click of the hammer on the spent shell. Seeing his intended target drawing down on him as his target, John leapt to his side hoping to avoid the feathered shaft. The warrior, an experienced hunter let his arrow fly and saved the lives of himself and several other braves with one shot.
View On BlackPrivate James Deiter, on his first patrol, fired wildly into the mass of human flesh that ran whooping and screaming toward him. "Aim, Private, take aim." Sgt. Austin shouted from somewhere behind him. He aimed carefully at the nearest indian that was taking aim at him. A bright red wound open up in the indian's chest, the brave released his grip and the fully drawn arrow found it's intended target. Pvt. Deiter struggled to take his last breath as he staggered forward. His target's limp body fell face first to the ground, dead before he hit. Pvt. Deiter, like his killer, would never feel the pain of falling face first driving the arrow through his body as he fell.

Nice work, Kyle. Glad to have you back, and glad to have you sharing your talents with us again!

Wonderful ambush of the pony soldiers, and it's a natural for one interested in arrow kills.
ReplyDeleteCan hear the thuds, and cries of terror, and horror, as the arrows appear in their bodies.
Love to see the warriors strip the dead of clothes, and scalps. I hope you can do a jungle scene of head hunters making arrrow kills and then the head taking. I envy your talents, but thanks for making my fanatasy life so much richer
Besides scalping the pony soldiers the indians would often, it time allowed, emasculate the men so they would not be able to reproduce in heaven. The severed organs were then consumed by the warriors who believed it gave them the power of the white man
ReplyDeleteI agree with tt7 above. You have made my fantasy life sooooo much richer, plus I no longer have to feel so much alone. I thought I was the only one that was turned on by this stuff.
ReplyDeleteI don't know how you create these images but I really like them NO make that LOVE them. What a wonderful talent you have. Do you have any more? You need to do more work like these. So young, so handsome and so vulnerable. Each death truly a work of art.
Bravo!
Greg
Really like this fantasy/storyline ... would be good to add a few indians getting it thehir bare chests too.
